Mighty Networks is a great, creative platform to build communities. Due to an illness, I had to withdraw from most activities and forgot to cancel my account.

It was not my credit card that I had used (my elderly parents') and it was charged a year later for over $500. I reached out to them and explained and they reversed the charge right away.

I'm so grateful I didn't have to bother my parents while they were traveling in Hawaii for the first time and upset them and their trip. Thank you!

If I ever want to return I know this is a really good place.

I love how Mighty Networks connects people in a user-friendly way without the distraction of ads and algorithms typical of social media platforms, and it offers more community features than many online course platforms. It's incredibly user-friendly with the navigation panel on the left for members and the admin panel for network hosts. It's just really easy to navigate, and I don't have to go into help forums to figure out how to use the software. The ability to connect with other members, chat, send voice messages, and the community feed with reactions and comments enable members to connect more relationally, making it incredibly valuable.

There are so many things to love about Mighty Networks. It's easy to use, but if you have trouble, customer support is truly dedicated to your success. There are so many great features to use, it looks pretty, and pricing is very affordable. Mighty came out of the gate strong, setting a high bar for competitors who came later. And they keep raising the bar in ways I have yet to see another competitor meet or surpass. Mostly, I'm a HUGE fan of how Mighty Networks truly puts the people first.
