How long does a migration typically take?

It depends on the amount of content you'd like to move but we'll always do everything we can to hit your launch date . Last year, for a Mighty Pro Host, we migrated 150 videos for 20 courses in under 5 days.

How much does the migration process cost?

We'll migrate you for free if you choose Mighty Pro Essential. It's just one of the many services we offer as part of VIP support. If you are interested in an annual plan for Scale or Growth, we have select migration services available. Reach out to our team, and we can outline the best plan to get you started with Mighty.

I'm not sure I want to move my payments to Mighty. Do I have options?

Of course. You can choose to just move members and content. We can make sure Mighty works beautifully with existing tools like Thrivecart, Active Cart, SamCart, and others.

I want to change some things when I move to Mighty. Can you help?

Definitely—optimizing what you have is a key part of the process. Mighty has many features that simply aren't available on other platforms—like the ability for your members to be introduced to each other, and the ability to have things like course material and a chat together in the same Space. A migration is the perfect time to reimagine what's possible. We'll do it with you.

How do you manage the security of my member data? And my data?

Our team takes your business and your members' data seriously—that's why we don't outsource your migration. We ensure any member payment data is transferred securely and in compliance with PCI standards. It's all encrypted and tokenized throughout and our team doesn't handle any credit card information.

And the security doesn't stop when you're all moved over—Mighty itself is SOC-2 compliant.
